Customers

All items on sale at *FIR & MNA* are copy/modify/no transfer, unless otherwise stated. Since they cannot be returned, I cannot offer a refund unless there is a fault with the product itself.

If you miss a delivery there is a terminal in store that will allow you to redeliver your items. If your items are not showing in this directory, contact us and we’ll help you.

Members of the FIR & MNA in-world group can avail of our customer rewards program. As a member you will receive 20% back on all purchases in the form of store credit. Our system automatically assigns and tracks your credit as you make purchases. There is a terminal in-store where you can check your balance. Store credit can be used against the purchase of other items in-store.

 

Bloggers

We are not currently adding to our blogger list, however, should you purchase an item from my store and decide to blog it, please contact us with a url to your post. We appreciate the work of everyone who blogs our items and we may look to add to this list in the future so we would love to see your work!

 

Mall Owners

We are not currently looking for satellite stores, but thank you for your kind offers.
